Our One-bedroom units are a 45m2 apartment with rooms upstairs and downstairs.

Our one-bedroom units are upstairs apartments with balconies overlooking the gardens and have mountain views.

We have two of these units available. One has a Queen bed in the lounge and two singles in the bedroom - great for families. The other has a Queen bed in the lounge and another Queen bed in the bedroom, which is perfect for two single persons travelling together.

NOTE: Please specify when booking if you have preference as to which room you would like.

Both units are self-contained and have a Queen bed in the lounge area along with two lounge chairs and a dining table. The bedroom is adjacent to the kitchen area (with either two singles or Queen sized bed). There is a small kitchenette with limited cooking, includes fridge, jug, toaster, microwave, electric frypan and rice cooker. Portable hotplates are available on request. Private bathroom with shower.

Our Queen Studio rooms are cosy 25m2 studio with rooms upstairs and downstairs.

We have two of these units available. One is situated upstairs with a small balcony and has a shower above a shub.

The other is downstairs with a door opening to our outside lawns and has a wet floor shower area. Both units have a small kitchenette with a small cooking hob, fridge, jug and microwave.

Bedding in these units is one Queen sized bed and is therefore suitable for a couple or a single traveller. These are the most compact of all our room types and if you are needing more space or wanting to stay for more than one or two nights, it may be more comfortable to upgrade to one of our larger rooms.

Our King Studio rooms are a very spacious 45m2 studio with rooms upstairs and downstairs.

These units are very spacious studio rooms with a King sized bed and a Single bed suitable for up to three persons. The rooms either have some lounge chairs or a three seater couch in the lounge area.

The upstairs units have their own balconies overlooking our expansive gardens. All units have small kitchenette with limited cooking – fridge, jug, toaster, microwave, electric frypan and rice cooker. Private bathrooms with shower only. The ground floor rooms open through sliding doors out to our lawn and garden area with a small outdoor dining setting directly outside for your use.

Our Two-bedroom apartments are a spacious 100m2, perfect for groups or families.

These are very spacious stand alone ground floor apartments offering two large bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King sized bed and single bed that has a sliding door opening to the garden area. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and one single. (Sleeps a maximum of 6 persons)

There is a separate lounge/kitchen that opens onto the garden area with an outdoor table outside. It includes a large bathroom with a bath and separate wet floor shower area. (Suitable for wheelchair access). The kitchen has a cooking hob, fridge, jug, toaster, microwave, rice cooker and utensils.

These units have adjacent carports for your private car parking.

Two of these units available – One is downstairs with a Queen sized bed in the lounge area and three singles in a separate bedroom (sleeps 5). There is a dining table in the lounge area along with some lounge chairs and this room opens onto our large garden area. The bathroom has a wet floor shower area with toilet.  A separate small kitchenette has a cooking hob, jug, toaster, microwave, fridge and electric frypan and is located off the lounge area.

The upstairs unit has a private balcony overlooking the gardens and with mountain views. It has a Queen sized bed in the lounge area and the separate bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed (sleeps 5). There is a dining table in the lounge area along with some lounge chairs and this room opens onto our large garden area. There is just one bathroom with shower over a shub and toilet. A separate small kitchenette has a cooking hob, jug, toaster, microwave, fridge and electric frypan and is located off the lounge area.
